I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, but unfortunately, being on the ground floor made it noisy when guests on the first floor walked around. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was a confusion about table service. The location was exceptional for exploring other areas, but the dining options were basic and impacted by group bookings. The facilities were decent, although the arrangements seemed more suited for larger groups rather than a few guests.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room, albeit bigger than expected, was clean and tidy, offering comfortable beds and a good TV. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist with changing plans and always maintaining a customer-first approach. The location, while needing some TLC, was convenient with access to walking trails and a short drive to Snowdon. The dining experience depended on the staff shift but overall was satisfactory. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a lovely, spacious, and homely room, despite the inconvenience of climbing a flight of outside stairs that wobbled. The service was good overall, but the front desk lady seemed a bit miserable. The location was central to all our favorite parts of north Wales, even though there were some disturbances from drunk partygoers outside. The dining experience was excellent, with plentiful and delicious dishes prepared by the funny Steve and cheeky chappy Mark. The facilities were satisfactory, with some room for improvement. Overall, the hotel offered a cozy stay with a few minor drawbacks.
